I am no expert, but I absolutely love exploring and trying new things in the kitchen!

During grad school I busier than ever and research can be isolating, so I was in need of a creative outlet. And thus, my blog was born. Cooking, for me is the perfect creative outlet. I love to open my cabinets, fridge and freezer, throw some things together, and see how it comes out – even if it isn’t the best! I also love photography so this gives me a chance to experiment with that too (you should see me in restaurants – it can be embarassing for the others I’m with at times). Then I became interested in basic web design, SEO, and social media. This platform gives me the opportunity to experiment and get creative with all of the above.
