I am no expert, but I absolutely love exploring and trying new things in the kitchen!
During grad school I busier than ever and research can be isolating, so I was in need of a creative outlet. And thus, my blog was born. Cooking, for me is the perfect creative outlet. I love to open my cabinets, fridge and freezer, throw some things together, and see how it comes out – even if it isn’t the best! I also love photography so this gives me a chance to experiment with that too (you should see me in restaurants – it can be embarassing for the others I’m with at times). Then I became interested in basic web design, SEO, and social media. This platform gives me the opportunity to experiment and get creative with all of the above.
Below is a list of links to blog posts that contain my favorite original recipes:
Quick & Easy App to Go – A family recipe. (Mozzarella, Roasted Red Peppers, Olives)
Fancy, No-Fuss Frittata! – (easily modified for gluten-free or vegetarian diets!) Great for 1 person or a whole crowd!
Quickie Fiesta Chicken Wrap – (with gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian substitution options)
Have original recipes of your own that you’d like me to try? Send it over and I’ll give it a whirl – and give you all the credit on here! Or you can even write a guest post!
